About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing bar supplies as needed and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.

Requirements

  • Two months of on-the-job training.

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage.
  • Supports bartender needs and maintains the bar stock.
  • Reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Manager.
  • Works in assigned location and shift according to department needs.
  • Maintains par levels and orders bar supplies; delivers orders.
  • Sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
  • Maintains bar cleanliness in accordance with Health Department standards.
  • May work in the capacity of a Bartender as needed by business needs.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
