About The Position
The Bar Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bars. This includes daily tasks such as removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning sticky surfaces. Weekly deep cleaning involves tasks like wiping down bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, emptying and cleaning cabinets, and returning products.

- Ability to maintain cleanliness of bars.

- Ability to wipe down bottles, countertops, and walls.
- Ability to empty and wipe down cabinet insides.
- Ability to return products to their proper places.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of bars including removing all trash, sweeping and mopping floors, removing mats, and cleaning and removing any sticky products.
- Deep clean bars weekly including wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, removing glass mats, cleaning all sticky surfaces, emptying cabinets wiping down insides, and returning products.
