About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing bar supplies as needed and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior food and beverage background helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage.
Support bartenders' needs and maintains the bar stock.
Maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation safety.
Report any maintenance problems to Operations Supervisor.
Work in assigned location and shift according to department needs.
Maintain par levels and orders bar supplies; delivers orders.
Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
Maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards.
Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from tables and slots.
Assist other departments as assigned.
