Requirements
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean
- Clean bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies as well as the New Jersey Health Standards.
- Ensure bar is set properly.
- Ensure all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards.
- Stock assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift
- Prepare all mixes and garnishes
- Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers who approach the bar
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
