About The Position
Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in this fun, fast-paced, and unique location! This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role desired
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
Nice To Haves
- No experience necessary, we will train the right individuals!
Responsibilities
- Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
- Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- Safety and sanitation
- Employee management including scheduling, training, and development
