Requirements

• Bar and restaurant management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crafting cocktail recipes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all meal periods with a focus on bar and dinner service.
• Craft cocktail recipes and train all bartenders to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in the restaurant.
• Ensure that food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared to guest specifications.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on quality of service and food in the outlet.
• Participate in the bar inventory and ordering process.
• Other duties as assigned.
