About The Position

At Camp Margaritaville Resort, we blend laid-back island vibes with exceptional hospitality to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. From family-friendly activities to signature Margaritaville celebrations, we deliver fun, escape, and adventure in every moment. We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and bring the Margaritaville spirit to life. In this role, you’ll oversee daily bar operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional beverage quality and guest service across all outlets. This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures to prepare food and beverage items
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
Ability to work well in stressful situations
Basic knowledge of how to operate all Food and Beverage equipment
Prior bar management or supervisory experience in a high-volume hospitality environment
Valid Florida Responsible Alcohol Vendor / Server Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Working knowledge of Florida alcohol laws and safe alcohol service practices
Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
Proven ability to manage inventory, costs, and labor effectively
Commitment to excellent guest service and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day bar operations, inventory, and ordering
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bar staff
Ensuring consistent beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service
Maintaining compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
Driving guest engagement through outstanding service and island-inspired experiences
