Requirements

Obtain a Food Handlers permit.
Be prompt and dependable.
Obtain a TABC Certification for the Bar Back role.
Be positive, committed, trustworthy, and responsible.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant or bar.
Care about accurate execution of food and beverage recipes and presenting them appropriately to guests.

Responsibilities

Provide a polished guest experience by focusing on details.
Work with the team to promote efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and an enjoyable atmosphere.
Learn the menu and offerings to help deliver a personalized culinary experience.
Support the bar by prepping and stocking supplies, cutting fruit, and changing and rotating kegs as a Bar Back.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, prep storage, and other workstations.
Arrive on time, in uniform, and with a polished appearance.
Keep floors clean, dry, and free of hazards throughout the restaurant.
Maintain clean, guest-ready tables in dining and cocktail areas.
Listen to guests and provide personalized service.
