About The Position

The Banquet Supervisor will lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life. This role involves supporting the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring cleanliness, resetting rooms, and keeping supplies stocked and presentation-ready. Additionally, they will provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction, and troubleshoot AV setups to ensure a smooth experience for guests and the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of banquet experience
  • Prior leadership exposure
  • Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willing to get them within 90 days)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Delphi for event management
