The Banquet Supervisor will lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life. This role supports the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish. The supervisor will also monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready. Additionally, they will provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction, and troubleshoot AV setups to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team members.
