Seasonal Banquet Server - Full Time

About The Position

Banquet servers set up event spaces and accommodate guests at functions while circulating throughout the room. They anticipate and provide for guests’ needs while upholding banquet service standards and following company policies. The work involves preparing event spaces and buffets, delivering plated meals, and completing assigned tasks under general supervision. The position requires regularly walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds; sitting and computer work are seldom or never required. Servers may work at off-property banquet venues and must hold a valid driver's license and meet company requirements to drive company vehicles. The job is seasonal and listed as full time. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Obtain food handler and alcohol ServSafe certificates upon onboarding.
Good communication skills.
Teamwork.
Dedication.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company requirements for driving company vehicles to off-property banquet venues.
Regularly walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Set up event spaces, including flatware, napkins, centerpieces, glassware, table placement, and buffets.
Anticipate and accommodate guests’ needs while circulating through event spaces.
Deliver plated meal courses quickly and professionally, following service standards.
Adhere to health and safety standards.
Follow directions efficiently and maintain a positive, energetic attitude during shifts.
Complete tasks in a timely manner and check out with a supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
