Banquet Server (on-call)
About The Position
As a Banquet Server, you help create memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly service during events, meetings, and banquets. You set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized environment. The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Scheduling is flexible and depends on events; shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is part-time and on-call for events, pays $16.90 per hour, and reports to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Have sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Be available to work a very flexible schedule based on events, potentially including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate a warm, professional demeanor, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
- Have a combination of education and experience.
