Casual/On Call Banquet Server
About The Position

What you will be doing: Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specifications ensure all table settings are clean, properly arranged, and meet standards Serving group functions per individual client specifications Server food and beverages promptly and efficiently Ensure guests' needs are met throughout the event, including refilling drinks and addressing any special requests Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions and menus This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage service experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for service
- Proven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environments
- Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
- WA Food Handler Card required
- WA Liquor control (MAST) card required
- Must hold valid US work authorization
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
