About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Banquet Server / Bartender for Saint Johns Resort. The role supports banquet service by taking guest food orders, helping ensure the buffet is stocked and appealing, monitoring food distribution and presentation, refreshing drinks, and assisting with bussing tables. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, strong time management, multitasking, and the ability to exceed guest and team-member expectations. Flexible hours and shifts are required. The hiring process may include interviews, a drug screen, background and reference checks, and a potential employment assessment.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education.
Minimum of one year in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Food safety certification.

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure the buffet is stocked appropriately.
Monitor food distribution to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients and are properly prepared and presented, and/or ensure the buffet is appealing.
Refresh drinks.
Assist with bussing tables.
Perform other duties as assigned.
