About The Position

This role is responsible for guiding and growing the banquet team through coaching, training, and maintaining high energy. The Banquet Manager will lead day-to-day operations and performance management with a people-first mindset and a commitment to excellence. This position involves partnering with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event, balancing budgets by managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities, and ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of banquet food service experience.
  • Leadership potential or experience.
  • Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
  • Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
