We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Banquet Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and understands that hospitality is equal parts precision, leadership, and heart. This is an opportunity to lead one of the most important departments in the hotel, guiding a team responsible for executing some of the most stunning and memorable events in the city. As Banquet Manager, you’ll oversee every detail of event execution — from orchestrating elegant room setups and ensuring service standards are impeccable, to motivating and developing a high-performing banquet team. You’ll assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring staff while fostering a culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional guest service. Your leadership will set the tone for every event, ensuring each wedding toast, corporate gala, and milestone celebration feels seamless and unforgettable. You’ll work closely with culinary, sales, and hotel operations teams to bring each client’s vision to life, transforming historic ballrooms and event spaces into extraordinary experiences. Attention to detail is everything here — from the placement of linens, china, silver, and glassware to the final walkthrough before guests arrive. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead confidently under pressure, inspire a team through busy event days, and elevate every experience with poise and creativity. Requirements

  • Previous supervisory/management experience and skills
  • Requires computer skills
  • Strong business communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years banquet management experience preferred
  • Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
