About The Position
The Banquet Manager will run banquet service across multiple events at once at a boutique, full-service hotel with a signature restaurant and an active events business. The role involves training the team to deliver the highest level of service and bringing finesse and fresh ideas to event set-ups, presentation, and creative events.
Requirements
- Prior banquet captain experience required.
- Experience in a high-end hotel setting managing multiple simultaneous events.
- Strong leadership and training ability; self-starting and self-managed.
- Working knowledge of COGS for food and labor.
