The Banquet Manager oversees banquets and events at The Heathman Hotel, ensuring each function is set up and managed efficiently and executed to perfection, with attention to detail and adherence to strict timelines. This leader guides the team, upholds service and safety standards, monitors inventory, and assists guests and event organizers with their requests, needs, and questions.

Responsibilities
