Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, event setup, or related roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and position furniture and equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Support banquet staff with service-related tasks as needed
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to specifications and safety standards
- Respond promptly to any guest or staff requests during events
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report needs to management
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
