About The Position

The Banquet House Attendant sets up and clears china, glassware, silverware, linen, tables, chairs, and props for banquet functions, while attending to guest needs and requests. The role also supports the cleanliness and upkeep of banquet spaces and ensures event materials and service supplies are ready and stored safely.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
• Ability to regularly lift boxes and materials weighing up to 70 pounds, and push and pull loaded carts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props according to the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silverware, glassware, and other service supplies, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of banquet function spaces according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel receiving area and store them safely and securely.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Attend to guest needs and requests.
