Requirements
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a hospitality setting.
- Ability to buss tables efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and working in fast-paced environments.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations enhances performance.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, glassware, and silverware are perfectly arranged.
- Assist with food handling, serving, and replenishing food and beverages during events to ensure timely and courteous service.
- Buss tables promptly after each course or event segment, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Support catering operations by transporting supplies, dishes, and equipment efficiently across different event spaces.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures throughout all duties.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services and addressing any special requests or concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth flow of service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
