About The Position
Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of all banquet rooms and other duties as required.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 6 months to 1 year in a similar job that provides the skills required for this position.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience cleaning in luxury hotels
Responsibilities
- Pick-up BEO from DOB/Banquet Captain
- Set tables and chairs in accordance with BEO’s / Diagram
- Mop and Sweep floors
- Spot Clean all Windows
- Dust and clean furniture
- Clean all banquet storage areas
- Maintain ballroom patio / foyer clean
- Spot clean walls, doors and carpets (Ballroom)
- Mop and sweep ballroom kitchen
- Ensure back outside area of ballroom are clean and clear of trash
- Take out trash as needed
- Breakdown all banquet equipment after each event
- Store Banquet equipment in proper storage areas
- Maintain Banquet Equipment in operating condition
- Report damage equipment and burn out light bulbs
- Other tasks as required
