About The Position

Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Banquet Event Manager for their Newark, Ohio location. This position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts and offers a salary of $45,000 per year plus monetary incentives for meeting sales goals. The role involves working closely with clients, creating event proposals, supervising event execution, managing staff, and providing customer service to campground guests. The Banquet Event Manager will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and managing campground staff and park operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet driving standards.
Pass pre-employment background check and drug test including THC
Knowledge of bartending and liquor laws.
SERV Safe Manager Certification. (May be obtained after employment.)
