The Banquet Chef is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment through coaching and leading staff. This role involves establishing creative and exciting menu products that are both appetizing and visually appealing, while also working and maintaining good working relationships with other work areas. The Banquet Chef will meet with meeting planners and social catering event coordinators to develop personalized menus, direct, train, and monitor the performance of the Banquet team, and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
