The Banquet Sous Chef will be responsible for creative and exciting banquet menu items, both appetizing and visually appealing. They will create and maintain a positive work environment through coaching and leading staff. The role involves working and maintaining good working relationships with other work areas, meeting with meeting planners and social catering event Coordinators to develop personalized menus, and directing, training, and monitoring the performance of the Banquet team. Additionally, the Banquet Sous Chef is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
