About The Position
Set up, tend, and break down banquet bars according to standard policies and procedures, in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Alcohol-serving certification from an approved vendor such as TIPS or a state-approved program.
Responsibilities
- Set up bars in function areas according to standard policies and guest requests.
- Make and serve drinks to guests while following all hotel, state, and federal laws and policies.
- Remove trash and empty glasses from public areas.
- Thoroughly break down and clean bars after functions, and return bars and supplies to their proper storage areas.
