About The Position

As a Banquet Bartender at Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown, you prepare and serve beverages while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. You support smooth bar operations, handle guest payments, maintain product quality, and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards. This is an on-call position.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Use the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately.
• Manage inventory and maintain the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally and handle situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect to help ensure a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
