About The Position

The General Maintenance role at Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical functionality and safety while contributing to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
• Perform repairs and maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment and address identified needs.
• Document completed inspections and repairs, and flag issues requiring further attention.
