About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences by keeping assigned guest rooms clean, tidy, and well supplied. The role includes cleaning and deep-cleaning as needed, replenishing linens and guest amenities, maintaining the housekeeping supply cart, responding courteously to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
