About The Position
The Banquet Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets and events, helping create memorable guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive service. The role involves mixing and garnishing drinks to established recipes or guest specifications, maintaining an organized bar, and coordinating with the banquet team to provide timely service. The position also includes bar setup and breakdown, stocking supplies, processing cash transactions, and maintaining sales and inventory records. Responsible alcohol service and guest safety are essential. The Singer Oceanfront Resort is located on Singer Island, Florida, and features 223 guestrooms and suites. Requirements
- Prefer one year of bartending experience.
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and drink and wine merchandising specials.
- Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.

- One year of bartending experience is preferred.

- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and help ensure guest safety.
- Coordinate with the banquet team to provide timely and efficient beverage service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
