On Call Banquet Bartender

About The Position

The Banquet Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets and events, helping create memorable guest experiences at The Singer Oceanfront Resort. The role involves mixing and garnishing drinks, interacting with guests, and collaborating with the banquet team to provide timely, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders also maintain an organized bar, manage supplies and equipment, handle cash transactions, and assist with bar setup and breakdown.

Requirements

Prefer one year of bartending experience.
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
Knowledge of drink recipes and drink and wine merchandising specials.
Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
Read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Nice To Haves

One year of bartending experience is preferred.

Collaborate with the banquet team to provide timely and efficient beverage service.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
