Responsibilities

• Monitor the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving current and potential guest problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Engage with guests, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
