About The Position

As a Banking Transformation - Technology Modernization & Architecture - Director, you will lead the charge in transforming banking technology landscapes, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through strategic consulting services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success. In this role, you will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
At least 8 years of experience
