Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic office tools
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Interest in learning about banking operations, compliance, and data management

Nice To Haves

  • Prior office, clerical, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Review account setups and updates to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and correct document indexing issues
  • Validate data by cross-checking system records with source documents
  • Support process improvements and system enhancement projects
  • Track work, maintain logs, and keep tasks organized and on schedule
  • Assist with audits by gathering documentation and preparing summaries
  • Help maintain secure handling of sensitive member information
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
  • Gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work.
  • Comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance.
