Prepare reports for managers, contribute to recommendations in making strategic and operational business decisions. Technical resource of assigned system(s).

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the of assigned line of business
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as MicroSoft Office software products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and think independently

Responsibilities

  • Lead project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.
  • Coordinates system(s) or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.
  • Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.
  • Provide input to support planning and prioritization of business systems related activities
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendor(s) supporting assigned system(s)
