About The Position

This is a permanent, work-from-home opportunity for a Business Analyst III. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, utilizing business process knowledge to identify, document, analyze, and translate business requirements to address business problems and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and work experience equivalent.
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Ability to plan for contingencies and anticipate problems.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
  • Audits and/or interviews stakeholders to create/document current business workflows and processes to assist the business in identifying areas of improvement.
  • Facilitates outreach on initiatives to external and internal stakeholders and clients, including recurring conference calls and/or participation in site visits.
  • Works with external and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements.
  • Works as an active member of the team to support tactical and strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Works with all respective stakeholders, coordinates testing (where appropriate) and training processes, and develops respective documentation and materials.
  • Analyzes requests from internal staff to determine the scope of the request and determine requirements to successfully complete the request.
  • Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to gain feedback and implement changes to finalize processes.
  • Communicates process changes effectively to key stakeholders so issues and solutions are understood.
  • Leads internal meetings with the stakeholders and communicates appropriate status, risks, and issues.
  • Effectively manages complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities, and interactions with the management team.
  • Prepares and implements various reports for operational areas to utilize on a go-forward basis to allow for appropriate management of processes.
  • Designs, documents, and performs test scenarios against system and custom processes to ensure accurate processes.
  • Participates in testing upgrades, documenting test results, and providing feedback appropriately.
  • Continually works with business to identify process improvements and assists with implementation of such improvements.
  • Completes trend analysis and tracking of data for business and the organization.
  • Partners with leaders to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Leads external meetings with the stakeholders and communicates appropriate status, risks, and issues.
