About The Position

This program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates to participate in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division. Participants will gain broad exposure to different types of clients and transactions, focusing on specialist areas. The program aims to provide comprehensive financial advisory, capital raising, financing, and risk management services to corporations, governments, and financial institutions worldwide. Associates will work with various Investment Banking teams, advising corporate clients and delivering structured solutions for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured solutions, or risk management. After intensive training, associates will join an industry, product, or geographic group and work on live deals and business development projects within small deal teams, playing an important role on demanding assignments.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an MBA degree.
  • Graduating between December 2026 - June 2027.
  • A GPA of 3.2 or above.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
  • Support the team in advising on a broad range of corporate clients.
  • Deliver holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Participation in training and development programs.
  • Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, and management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking.
  • Management of client relationships and provision of customer service support.
  • Responding to client questions about products and services and processing transactions.
  • Development and implementation of financial models and strategies to support decision-making.
  • Understanding how businesses work and learning from industry experts.
  • Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Advising and influencing decision-making.
  • Contributing to policy development.

  • Leading a team performing complex tasks.
