About The Position

This program is designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates to gain experience in the investment banking division. Participants will engage in daily activities, learn about various clients and transactions, and focus on specialist areas. The role involves collaboration on live deals, client pitches, and advising corporate clients on structured solutions. Graduates will also support business initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, participate in training to enhance skills, and identify opportunities for new products and services. Additionally, they will manage client relationships, provide customer service, and develop financial models and strategies. The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how businesses operate and offer training and mentoring. Graduates are expected to contribute to decision-making, policy development, and operational effectiveness, potentially leading teams or complex assignments. They will also be responsible for risk management and strengthening controls. Requirements

  • Pursuing an MBA degree.
