About The Position

This graduate program offers recent or soon-to-be graduates a curated experience in investment banking, providing training, knowledge, and connections to shape their careers. Graduates will participate in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division, gaining exposure to various clients and transactions. The program focuses on developing skills in financial advisory, capital raising, financing, and risk management. Graduates will work on live deals, client pitches, and business development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning from industry experts. The program emphasizes continuous improvement, technical expertise, and adherence to company values and mindset.

Requirements

  • In your final year of study at an undergraduate degree program.
  • A GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Keen interest in business and finance.

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Completion of all documentation in support of optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
  • Support the team in advising a broad range of corporate clients.
