About The Position

This graduate program offers recent or soon-to-be graduates a curated experience in the investment banking division. Participants will gain broad exposure to various clients and transactions, focusing on specialist areas. The program includes intensive training, followed by placement in industry, product, or geographic groups where graduates will work on live deals and business development projects. Graduates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop financial models and strategies, and potentially mentor junior colleagues. Requirements

  • In your final year of study at an undergraduate degree program.
  • A GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Keen interest in business and finance.

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Completion of all documentation in support of optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on live deals and client pitches.
  • Support the team in advising corporate clients and delivering structured solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development programs.
  • Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the launch of new products and services for investment banking.
  • Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.
