Responsibilities

  • Leading an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes.
  • Driving performance, setting the pace and direction within services.
  • Promoting a positive and passionate culture.
  • Ensuring services are appropriately and effectively resourced.
  • Providing 24-hour care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or Physical Disabilities.
  • Delivering 1:1 support to individuals to help them achieve outcomes.
  • Supporting individuals with their interests such as shopping trips, scenic drives, walks, sensory sessions, and coffee shops.
  • Providing support based on the principles of choice, dignity, and respect.
