About The Position
Flame, a high-energy American cover band dedicated to inspiring people with disabilities through music, is in search of a Band Manager who can connect with each band member, elevating their skills and bringing out the best in them. This role involves smoothly bringing together all aspects of the band's performance, from fine-tuning vocal ranges to mastering music equipment and perfecting stage presence, to create an unforgettable band experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years' supervisory experience is required.
- At least one year of experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is required.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in music education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with musicians is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Connect with each band member to elevate their skills and bring out the best in them.
- Coordinate all aspects of the band's performance, including vocal tuning, equipment mastery, and stage presence.
