About The Position

Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time, entry-level Band Maker for its onsite team in Maryville, Missouri, on day shift. The role supports production by operating equipment to form precision bands while meeting quality standards and production targets. Duties include shearing sheet material, rolling materials during manufacturing, and coordinating with teammates to keep the work area safe, organized, and running smoothly. A typical shift begins with checking in with the crew, reviewing scheduled work, and preparing the station. The work involves measuring materials, monitoring tolerances and material behavior, conducting quick checks, communicating issues early, and maintaining a clean workspace. At the end of the shift, the Band Maker completes documentation, stages materials for upcoming work, and provides clear handoff notes. The position requires one year of manufacturing experience, basic welding ability, material handling experience including forklift operation, and the ability to pass a background check. The role offers a starting salary of $20.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. The workplace is drug-free.
