The Band Director also manages the program's budget, coordinates fundraising, maintains inventory, and oversees the care of instruments and equipment. Additionally, this position requires maintaining professional relationships with parents and colleagues, participating in professional development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and policies. The Band Director may also assist with personnel management for assistant directors and follow district safety protocols.
