About The Position

Production Assistants prepare, package and label product for display and sale according to standards, including the precise measurement of ingredients. This role involves operating the bakery machine, preparing, baking, packaging, and labeling product, and adhering to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations. The position also requires assisting in other duties as assigned.

• Operate the Bubba's Biscuit machine
• Prepare, bake, package, and label product
