About The Position
Crispelli’s Bakery is a growing retail and wholesale bakery looking for enthusiastic and outgoing personalities to join our team. We specialize in artisan style breads and pastries including naturally leavened hearth bread, pan breads, rolls, viennoiserie, cookies, quiche, and more. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the craft of hospitality, being part of a close-knit team, and continuously learning and improving their skillset. At Crispelli's we work in a team oriented, fast paced, and a guest focused atmosphere. Previous experience is preferred, but training on the job will be provided.
Requirements
- Must have an outgoing and positive attitude with a strong passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent service to our guests in accordance with our service standards.
- Going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keeping team work always in mind.
- Perform dining room setup and completing daily side work.
- Knowledge of operating POS system.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management staff.
