About The Position
The Bakery Associate assists in preparing baked goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service. The role suits someone who enjoys working with food, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a team setting. The associate prepares, packages, and labels baked goods according to recipes and standards; maintains cleanliness and sanitation in baking areas and equipment; stocks displays and rotates products to ensure freshness; takes custom orders and answers customer questions; and assists with inventory checks and ingredient restocking. Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience is preferred but not required. The position requires following instructions, attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A pre-employment background check and drug test are conducted, and any job offer is based on their results.
