About The Position
Work as a member of a Wegmans bakery team producing and packaging breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods. The bakery is described as a fast-moving, people-first environment where associates can contribute their passion for baking and help make customers’ day. This full-time role is based at 6789 E. Genesee Street, Fayetteville, NY 13066. Shifts are available in the morning and afternoon, include weekends, and may start as early as 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Bake, produce, and package baked goods.
- Provide incredible customer service and answer customer questions in a timely manner.
- Keep cases and aisles clean and well-stocked to ensure displays are fresh and appealing.
- Follow proper stocking, rotating, and merchandising techniques to ensure freshness.
- May help unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
