About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to prepare the bagels that are central to its bakeries. Bakers arrive early, potentially as early as 3 AM, to bake and ensure quality products are available each shift. They stock the bagel wall and pastry case and work with the team to provide guest service, including taking orders and making sandwiches. The team also maintains the quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment. Stores close at 2 PM, and the posting states that Bakers will not work past 3 PM.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass a background check where applicable under local, state, and federal law.

Nice To Haves

• A current, valid state-issued driver's license is preferred, though required only at specific locations; applicable company driving qualifications must be met.
