About The Position

Responsibilities

• Prepare handmade yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items.
• Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs.
• Use and follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf-life compliance.
• Ensure bakery products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
• Follow Golden Corral recipes and standards, maintaining proper portions and recipe yields.
• Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
• Be friendly and courteous to guests and assist them with baked goods.
• Follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
• Complete the duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follow local health department laws.
